- What has been your experience with our company? Years of work? Different positions?
Great, positive experience working at RSR. 10 years in July. I have mostly worked in the non-ferrous sorting, baling, and loading trucks. I also serve back up for SEDA, loading cars, torch cutting, and scale operations. I am a member of the JOSH committee, and charge hand.
- How is your team?
Our team is a family, most of us at this facility have been together for 24 years.
- What improvements have you seen within yourself after joining RSR?
Since joining RSR I have developed a never settle attitude, always striving for better out of myself
- Who do you think is your biggest inspiration in our company?
All of our leaders at RSR are inspiring, but I must say my manager Shaun Barrett is a true inspiration to me. Seeing him grow over the years into the leader he is today is truly inspiring.
- How have you grown professionally after joining our team?
I enjoy my roles at RSR and am adapting nicely into helping out with the health and safety aspects.
- What resources and benefits do you like within the company?
The knowledge of the leaders is amazing, helping us whenever needed. To have caring people working here is a huge benefit to all of us who work for RSR. From as little as a well placed phone call to someone whose life has changed, just to let you know that they are not alone. Thank you RSR family.
